Encounter some crazy customer and like to share my experiences

Scene 1

A: Why ah you don’t have uniform..i ingat you all have??

Tzm: oh we don’t have de.

(uniform so important meh??…i wonder??)

A: My son can wear this clothes to work??(short sleeve)

Tzm: How i know jek…so i just say depends loh..some company can wear casual clothes to work ..short sleeve should be ok..

(why don’t you ask your own son??..i am not your son!!)

Tzm: S size finish lah..this is last piece..

A: Open the bin..take out all let me check..I check the clothes size together with the customer…

A:wah..you check so fast de??…how you see the size??

Tzm: See the tag lah..swt!!

(Why should i cheat you leh when i say S size finish??…pening lah)

A: You still study ah??..at where leh??…Why my son cannot find part time job de??

Tzm: ya at College…oh i work very long with VC jor.. come back because they call me…must know people only can find de mah!!

This is the best of the best..never in my 3 years working experiences i encounter such customer!!!!!!!!

A:What colour is this??

Tzm:oh..black lah but cannot 100% confirm because lighting effect!!

A:WhaT??…why dowan see colour code??

Tzm:colour code write A,B,C only didn’t write what colour is that also de!!

A:WhaT?…You say you don’t know??…your company didn’t send you for training and say those code is what colour??..They should print colour is black or grey mah!!

Tzm:Hello..This is not logic to print a full colour word to the tag lah!!If multi colour clothes how to write??…You see other brand like bonia also coding only!!

A: Must write mah…
