Too many workers in a company will lead to many problems.
In my working place, you have counter permanent, part time like me, supervisors, rotation, Exec, and lastly Manager.
Yesterday one of our customer ask me this question
“so many workers to assist me in choosing clothes?”
Imagine she asking 3 of us to choose clothes for her husband and her dad?
Luckily my working partner is around the same age group and we have the same fashion sense and taste.
Today i saw my permanent shed tears in front of me. it really stunned me because a girl shed tears…
Reason being office politics. Supervisor scold the rotation then the rotation scold back the permanent.
Going round and round like merry go round…Everyone want power…bickering and stabbing each others.
During my 1st week at work..my rotation make a big fuss out of me..stabbing my back to the max…she want to show her power.
It is just because the exec asked me 1 question…
“How is the promotion pants sales?”
My answer is “ok lah, 20 pants sold roughly”
My rotate then very angry and scold me
“ you should not say ok lah..you shuld say not ok because this stock is not good..we dowan it next time!!!!!!!!”
My permanent told me the next day… “no problem lah…you can say like that”
My supervisor ask me to keep quiet next time because the pants quality is not so good.
What is the correct answer to the question?
Just shut my mouth and avoid all of them…whatever i say sure will get shoot from the 3 parties.
They are fighting among themselves. Ghost hit Ghost(cantonese)
My permanent complaint the supervisor to the manager in front of me.
My rotation complaint about my permanent to the supervisor.
You complaint of me. I complaint you back.
11 more days i will leave this place…it is really peace of mind for me after this.
